N-Essential Kft. is a company based in Hungary that helps business clients find suitable production partners and production capacity through its network of steel and metal manufacturers.

N-Essential does not manufacture steel or metal products itself.

Depending on the project, our services may include:

• assessing and selecting production partners;
• commercial and technical alignment;
• technical translation and communication between the parties;
• coordination and project supervision;
• quality control and production supervision;
• documentation management;
• logistics coordination.

N-Essential's exact role and scope of responsibility are agreed separately for each order.

An enquiry through the website, by email, through the contact form or through FlexCapacity is entirely without obligation.

Submitting an enquiry in itself:

• does not constitute an order;
• does not oblige N-Essential to accept or carry out a project;
• is no guarantee that suitable production capacity is available;
• does not in itself create a contractual relationship.

An assignment becomes binding only once the parties have separately agreed on, among other things, the scope, price, schedule and other commercial terms, and N-Essential has confirmed the order.

FlexCapacity is the network of manufacturers built up by N-Essential in advance, which allows us to connect clients efficiently with suitable production partners.

Registration within FlexCapacity is without obligation and is no guarantee of orders, available production capacity, a specific price, savings or future cooperation.

N-Essential may use information provided at registration to assess in advance which production partners may suit a client's typical projects and production needs.

The terms of any actual order are always agreed separately.

N-Essential works with independent manufacturing companies and other business partners.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise for a specific order, a company's inclusion in the manufacturing network does not mean that company is part of N-Essential.

N-Essential selects production partners on the basis of, among other things, capacity, technical capabilities, certificates, price, quality, availability and suitability for the project in question.

The final selection and the responsibilities of the parties involved are set out for each project.

Prices, savings, costings, comparisons and other indications given before a final quotation or contract are indicative only, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

No rights can be derived from them.

A price becomes final and binding only once it has been confirmed in writing for the project in question.

The client is responsible for providing, in good time and accurately, the information needed to assess an enquiry, including, where relevant, drawings, material grades, tolerances, quantities, applicable standards, certification requirements, surface treatment and required lead times.

When assessing an enquiry, N-Essential may rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

N-Essential aims to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date.

Information on the website is general in nature, however, and does not constitute technical, legal or other professional advice for a specific order.

Obvious errors, typing errors and calculation errors on the website or in pre-contractual communication do not bind N-Essential.

The content, texts, design elements, trade names, logos and other materials on this website may not be copied, published or used commercially without N-Essential's prior written consent, insofar as the rights to them belong to N-Essential.

Technical drawings, documents and other information provided to N-Essential by clients or production partners remain subject to the rights and agreements that apply to them.

N-Essential treats business and project information received in the context of an enquiry with care.

Where a project requires more detailed confidentiality terms, the parties may enter into a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Use of this website and submission of a non-binding enquiry are at the user's own business judgement.

These website terms do not comprehensively govern liability for actual production orders.

A specific order may be subject to separate general terms and conditions, a quotation, an order confirmation and/or a contract that set out in more detail the rules on liability, warranty, delivery, payment, quality control, delay and other project risks.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under mandatory applicable law.

A registration, introductory meeting, price indication, costing or exchange of project information does not in itself create a binding assignment or contractual relationship.

For a specific order, the commercial terms are set out separately.

Where provisions in a written contract or order confirmation for a specific assignment differ from these terms, the provisions set out specifically for that assignment prevail.

These website terms, and the legal relationship arising from the use of this website or from a non-binding enquiry, are governed by Hungarian law, to the extent permitted by law.

For specific assignments, the applicable law is set out separately in the relevant contract.

N-Essential may amend these terms from time to time.

The most recent version is published on this website.

Changes do not affect contracts already concluded, unless the parties separately agree otherwise.
